I'm a firm believer that you cannot accurately convey your personality through a standard resume. I think cover letters are a great way to be a bit more personal in your application process. Do any of you use your cover letter for this purpose?

I am also of the opinion that it is hard to convey your personality through a standard resume, therefore I always try to be a bit creative. I sometimes use the cover letter for this purpose but I think it always depends on what you are applying for. From time to time I also try to be a bit creative in writing my resume.
