What You’ll Be Doing
As AAFMAA’s Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the workflow processing of applications for regular and special programs while monitoring the overall inventory to ensure an equitable workload amongst your team.
You will be expected to use your experience and sound judgment in resolving complex questions and problems to respond to member concerns or complaints.

What You Need
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in business or a related field, with 4-6 years of experience in insurance or financial services, including supervisory level positions.
The ideal candidate will also possess a demonstrated analytical ability, excellent business judgment, independent decision-making, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
